Default Pre workout and post workout nutrition

Everyone (hopefully) knows that you should have a post workout and preworkout drink to fuel the muscles while working out and to jumpstart recovery and growth. My question is that if i train two bodyparts per workout, would the first bodypart benefit more from the preworkout drink than the second one? And would the second bodypart benefit from the post workout drink more than the first. According to common knowledge and experience there is a time window to maximize gains from a workout after it is finished, and it is in this time window that the post workout drink is taken. But if i train my chest for 45 mins than my back for 45 mins, wouldnt the chest already have 45 minutes cut into its own "window of oppurtunity" by the time im through with the workout?
