ME squat day
Had a decent session today to say the least! Hit a whole cluster of PRs on box squats, still need to get used to lower box cos I think I was dropping onto the box the last inch or so a bit quick.Nonetheless stilla damn good day.I moved to RDLs next for some higher reps, grip was letting me down I had to rest pause the last set cos of it.I finished off with abs, was planning on doing some reverse hypers but due to the length the box squats took me I ended the workout.I'll probs do em tommoro after I drag.

Box Squat (slightly Below Parallel) 1x1 130kg (PR), 135kg (PR) 137.5kg (PR) 140kg (All Time squat Movement PR
) 2x1 127.5kg
RDLs 3x8 90kg
Pulldown Abs 3x8, 1x6 75kg
So that box squat was an alltime record for any squat movement for me so that was pretty cool.
