so for the creatine monohydrate any brands that would be better to add than others?? im using 100% whey protein from ON> something i could just add to my shakes would be nice. and about how should i start taking it and best time of day? (i.e like before work out, first thing in morning, when?)... also i have a slight liver problem (nothing serious) and my doctor didn't even want to hear about me taking supplements, was completely unreasonable. any ideas if this might hurt me? and about how much protein would you guys recommend for me to ingest. o and BTW i dropped like 20 lbs since i last posted. oops :-x
