In all fairness I was trying to come off as an asshole, but with good reason. Looking back at some of your posts, you have always been searching for a magic pill. Members on the forum have given you solid advice on training and diet but you ignored that and continue your hunt for a miracle drug.



That sort of mentality I cannot respect. You think the hard work we do in and out of the gym could be accomplished just by swallowing a few pills?


You’re chasing after a ghost. There is no substitute for hard work. Get used to the fact.
