Right now I'm doing sets of 10 reps with 300lbs. Next time I think I'll go down to 275lbs.
I go down at a moderate to slow pace and then come back up slow. I typicall do four reps with a quick breath at the top inbetween each rep and then after the fourth rep I'll pause and take two breaths and then do another four reps and the final two reps I'll pause and take two to three breaths between each of the last two reps. After the last rep I'm pretty winded.
I was doing a lot of cardio but stopped a little over a month ago when I started a new job with a much longer commute. I just started to get back into walking on the treadmill. After a few weeks I'll start jogging again.
