Need help with lunch/dinner ideas to bulk up and just eat better
I am 21, 6'1", and 170 lbs. I have been lifting weights for a few years now and this summer I am doing an internship in Nashville. So I don't have the pleasure of having someone cook for me, so whenever I make my own food I don't eat as healthy.
So I am wanting to bulk up but just not take in as many calories, ya know? Something that's not expensive that I can buy at WalMart and just have for lunch/dinner everyday.
