Hey, Twiztid, welcome. What's up? To gain muscle mass, regardless of the amount, you want to invest in some whey protein powder. This can be found at Wal-Mart, or most other grocery stores. The brand/price doesn't matter, what does matter, is the protein content. Shoot for about 30 grams of protein per 40 gram serving. That is the basic, and most important supplement. You can invest in others if you want to, also, like creatine, and dextrose, or maltodextrin.

-As far as the exercises, stick to compound exercises-basically, do exercises where several muscle groups are involved, like squats, deadlifts, benchpress, rows, and chinups.

-Eat a lot, and clean, healthy foods.

-Get at least 7 hours of sleep a night, more if possible.

Do that, and you're off to a good start. If you have any other questions, feel free to ask.

-John
