Thank you sirs for your input. I already have some whey protein, as well as the black stack, I just need to find the time to eat 6 meals a day and find out the best diet for my needs. I'm trying to get to ATLEAST 200 pounds, I'm close 188 but,i seem to be gaining all the weight in the mid-section and not the arms or chest as I had hoped.
