Those front squats were better I think. I have a video but I need to go buy an adapter so I can upload them onto my laptop...It'll take me a week or so before I can regularly upload my vids. Also, some/most of my vids have been taken down from Photobucket...This is a routine procedure because I keep adding new ones somewhat regularly....
