Need a Lot of Advice
Hey everyone. I'm 19, 5'7", and only 125lbs, so I'd like to be bigger. I used to work out a lot in high school, but I never ate enough, so I would get stronger and look slightly better, but never really gained much size.
I'm currently taking GNC's Mass XXX in addition to working out and eating more. Should I just leave it at this, or is there more I should be doing?
