I started at around 120lbs, with hard work you can easily get bigger. Im 223lbs 5'9
Most important thing is your diet and training.
Its good that you're taking steps to fix your diet. Have a look at some of the pinned threads in the nutrition section so you can learn about what you should be eating.
Have a look at Bill Star 5x5 training program, that should help pack on the mass.
As far as supplements go, at your weight I would stick to a weight gainer. I am sure you can find something cheaper, or make one yourself. But IMHO I would buy one with lots of calories.
You should also look into getting
Protein Isolate: For post workout supplementation
Dextrose: Post workout
Fish Oil: Fats.
But right now, at your weight work on diet and training first then play around with supps.
