Thanks for the quick response guys. A lot of these exercises I've never attempted before, and I don't have anyone to spot me, so I'm trying to look up instructional vids for each of them so I don't end up killing myself. I guess I'll just work on my form for a while before I start really going at it. Also for the accessory exercises in the 5x5, it doesn't say exactly how many sets or reps. Is it just consistent with the 5x5?

One more thing. Is cardio something I can do every day, or should I just do it on the 5x5 off days?
