Can someone explain this?
I recently decided I needed more protein in my diet so I changed it.
I am cutting so I eat carbs only PWO and my other meals are 50 grams of protein with about 16-18 grams of fat.
Recently I switched to 50 grams of protein with about 8 grams of fat. I now get sck and bad stomach cramps.
Why is this when right now the protein did not change, but the fat intake went down?
