I second what UmmmPain says, especially about the squats and deadlifts. I saw little results until I started these and rows/dips/pullups, and then bam! mass started packing on. Now I love the major compound exercises and wonder how the isolation guys do it w/o them.

Oh, and I definately modified my diet! Eat correctly and eat ALOT.
