Here's some advice that was VERY good for me-sign up at fitday.com By inputting the food that you eat each day, it tells you how much protein, fat, carbs, and calories you're eating. It's also free.

Compound exercises rule!!! Take about a scoop of protein after your workout, with some dextrose, and you'll be doing real good!
