Thanks for the responses everyone. I went into the gym earlier today and got someone to help me learn more about all the exercises the 5x5 entails. Seems like my body is in for a lot (legs especially).

Well, I'm attempting to eat more.
I input my information into that little formula thing (forgot what its called?) and I'm aiming to intake about 3000 calories a day, but the situation I'm currently in doesn't always allow that. As far as protein/carbs/fats go, I'm never good at keeping track of everything, and half the time I don't know. I'm living in a dorm right now so it's near impossible for me to cook everything I eat myself.
