Question online training programs

Hi guys,

I've been looking at some of the online trainingprograms that are advertised around the place and I'm thinking of getting one to get me started with the best info.

I'm 32, about 110kg (not sure what that is in lbs, sorry), and I've not been training for about 5 years.

I used to be fairly fit in "the ol' days" when I was early 20's etc... then I got into partys, drinking, smoking etc... not so good for the figure if ya know what I mean.

Anyway, I'm not worried too much about the hard work, but I certainly don't want to be doing any more than I need to! This means time, and learning curve.

I know there's work to do. I just want to get started right. BTW, I don't smoke or drink any more. I've cleaned up my act in preparation for this.

There are heaps of programs around, there's lots of free information too, but I'm just not sure what's right and what's wrong.

I used to just work like a bastard boxing, kickboxing, lifting heavy things and running on a squash court to keep fit. It worked, but it was a complete lifestyle. I was a teenager with free time! haha!

Anyway, does anyone have any experience with the following programs:

Burn the Fat - Feed the Muscle
The Truth about Building Muscle

no nonsense muscle building
muscle gaining secrets

There are many others, and they're probably all a load of crap. I'm a bit of a skeptic sometimes but that's probably a good thing.

I figure this is probably a better place to ask than anywhere else.

Can anyone throw some recommendations my way? links?

Or just tell me to pull my finger out and get to work.

Cheers,

Scrampy
