Here's some advice: Don't
buy a workout program. You have no idea what you're getting when you buy one. Everyone is different and everyone has different goals, so no one workout will work for everyone. What are your goals by the way? Try looking at the workout list in the training forum. Find something that you think will work for you and then you can maybe customize it a tiny bit if you need, but most likely you'll be able to just start the program as is.
I wouldn't recommend a single one of those workouts that you posted anyway.
