I agree with IW and Ross, focus on the big lifts, keep your diet clean and hit some cardio.You should be able to get a good start going from no training or discipline to being consistent with the training.You will probs see some good newbie gains whilst shedding a bunch of fat if your diet is good.
Read up the diet stickies they are pretty good reads.
