floor press: 150 - 2 x 6, 120 x 17
lying tricep extensions: 10's, 3 x 15
prone trap raise: 10's, 2 x 10
face pulls: 25 x 15 x 2....35 x 15
abs
fun workout..i love speed bench day. rigged up face pulls with a pulley and my dip/pullup station. doing the same thing with pullthroughs.
