Well your right, fixing the diet (CKD would be good) and getting rid of the alochol will help alot. I do my cardio on my non lifting days and if it is a day I lift you don't want to do it in the same workout. So I lift in the am then I do cardio in the pm.
There is always one day a week I will absoultly do nothing.
