Squats - 3X5 275
Speed deadlifts - 2X8 225, 2X3 225
Leg curls - 120 X 9, 5, 2
I combined pull & leg days. 275 felt a little heavy on squats. My hips were killing me, so I didn't do leg press. On a good note, I have found my groove/plane with squats. I like speed deadlifts. I felt very strong/fast.
