ME Squat
Had a Belter of a day today.Pulled sumo for ME and scored a 20lb PR! Moved to some Pullthrus for a couple sets and then 3 sets of abs.Kind of a heavy deload week this week Ill cut volume alot.ME bench might be a RE day tho not sure yet.
ME Squat Day 28/7/08
Sumo Deadlift 1x1 140kg, 155kg (PR), 160kg (PR)
PullThru 2x12 100kg
Abs 3 sets
