So if you are supposed to have 200 grams of raw chicken, and it is prepared before you have a chance to weigh it, you would want to eat 150-160 g of cooked chicken.
ALSO, almost ALL restaurants list the RAW weight of meat! So if the menu says 8 oz filet mignon... it was approx. 8 oz before it was cooked.
