If your doing bench twice a week and triceps once a week , that is good enough. I personally only like to do 8-10 sets for triceps. Everyone is different which I'm sure you know , so you will have to see what works for you. Remember they're not going to get big over night and if your not eating proper then it wont matter what you do.
