The only other thing I'll add is this. Be careful not to focus too much on tri's, I know you want them to get bigger, but it may end up being a double edged sword. IME when you focus too much on one muscle group, you end up hitting it every workout, throwing in extra movements for it, and over training the hell out of it. More isnt always better.
