Bike--15min
5 x30 pushups
5 x 30 situps
5 x 20 (4 count) flutter kicks
4 x 3-3 1/2 pull ups
my toes is still jacked, but Slowly getting better so did bike instead(so not the same thing)
also added 5 reps per set to my push ups and situps.
