yeah...i definitely put on some chub during my "bulking" phase...but now i'm down to all whole foods...on weekends i usually put down a pound of chicken and beef a day....whole wheat pasta...veggies/fruit...pb..olive oil.
i definitely drop alot of cash a week
i've leaned out and i'm back up to where i was strength wise even being about 14 pounds down. and i like it
