Good work on the OH squats. That is a crap ton of work for that exercise, and I have to say pretty impressive weight too. Could be more, sure, but that weight would humble most people in a heartbeat, I'm sure of it.

I'm 32... and if this war keeps up much longer the navy will show me who is boss by sending my happy butt to Afghanistan or Iraq. Any word on the women in those places?
