pullthroughs with mini band - 2 x 15
db rows - 50, 2 x 10
wide grip bw pullups - 9, 8
rear flyes - 10's, 2 x 12....static holds, 5 pounds, 2 x 25 sec.
taking a much needed break next week. gonna leave the lower back and hammies alone for a week....except for maybe some hip extensions...and leg curls.
