^^^^Well the next step is double your bodyweight. And I'll be honest, I don't think there are many, really, who are capable of ever doing that. People are starting to judge strength by some whacked standards for sure.

At this point looking to get 405 on bench with your current style of training while having "legs" thrown in as an afterthought...is a recipe for shoulder disfunction. Big time.
