Don't worry about your grip too much. That will come in time. I have wrist wraps that have a nice cusion for your wrists. I forgot the brand, but they are out there. I still get black and blue sometimes on back day. You just need to suck it up. I didn't get black and blue until I started lifting the stack on everything, so I'm naturally curious as to what you lift?
Wrist wraps are the most important piece of gear I have. It will allow you to focus more on the quality of the lift instead of hanging on to the weight. Don't lift back without them because your back will suffer.
