- Last week in the rack. Glad too because I hate walking into the gym and waiting for it lol.

Elbows Out Extensions: 30 x 15, 15
Upright Rows: 100 x 10, 10, 10, 10

Reverse Pec Dec: 120 x 12, 12, 12
