that's very true
that 20% rule sounds really...ghey. i mean...i don't find chicks that looks like ronnie coleman attractive...but that's not what it's about...it's about being freakishly big and all muscle. doesn't make any sense to me...just seems like they are degrading all the blood sweat and tears that the training/lifestyle takes.
