Anyone that plays in a sport takes their chances. I know I've officiated games where someone thought I was favoring sides. I never set out to do it, and the judges in the olympics are from all over. Hard to claim they are all on the take. I mean, it isn't like the cold war era where the easter block countries would score their people 9.5 and then score the Brits like a 4.2, while the French would score the Brits a 9.6 and score the Czech a 3.8. I mean, really? Can't we at least TRY to hide our disdain at that point?

Frankly I have always found it to be bad show to point fingers at how you were wronged. If you don't want it to be close, stomp a mud hole in your competition and then there will never be a doubt. Until then you were close be the gods didn't favor you that day.
