Default Cous Cous for protein???

Hi Guys,
Sorry to ask another question but does anyone know if cous cous is a good source of protein to include in my diet as I seem to be eating tonnes of the stuff.
I dont eat meat so on a normal day I have the following :

Breakfast - Bran with skimmed milk, low fat yoghurt drink, Wholegrain toast and a banana.

Mid morning - Either fruit or peanut butter on wholegrain

Lunch - Tuna salald

Dinner - Grilled or baked white fish,A LARGE bowl of cous cous with chillies and fresh herbs, Either chick peas or kidney beans, Steamed broccolli.

Pre bed snack - cereal and skimmed milk

Normaly when I make cous cous for my dinner I have some left over and snack on that when I am hungry as it fills me up and I preffer it to pasta.

Any comments would be good please...Thanks again....Tim
