I'll dig those up for pity. I remember that discussion now. It didn't seem quit right when I wrote that, but I couldn't figure why. I know I am having a lot of pain in the two joints I mentioned, but as you said, a lot of it could be from different issues....like the stress I had on my clavicle from rowing incorrectly a while back.
