do you have a way to do dips? that would be a good addition to your chest workout...i'm assuming they are all barbell presses? one is probably good enough...if you really want two...do a flat barbell press, and an incline db press...and some dips.

ya know...you might be better off searching for rippetoes starting strength program on here....and running that
