Yeah, there is a harness that could be hooked up to it. I still think it will be too heavy. If I throw some 100lb plates on the sled, then I should be set. There are so many cool things down there...it's basically a new world for me to explore. And the carryover for a lot of the movements is great for power lifting.
I was worried about the shoes also...I just wore my lifting (track) shoes. They keep the floor swept/mopped pretty regularly I believe. I thought I was going to slip and break my ass, but they held up very well. I never slipped which surprised me.
I love this gym...I'm going to be spoiled rotten. It's going to suck if I ever graduate from school and move. I doubt I'll be able to find a place that's as awesome as this.
