Another tired day (as tomorrow will be, then things will cool down a bit). I was still real sore (amazing how sore you will get after only a week off of lifting), tried some light squats but canned the idea after a bit. Did the rest with a buddy so didn't follow everything strictly, more just enjoyed it. Went to dinner with said buddy later, which is why I came in perhaps a bit high for daily calories
