I havent had bf taken in a long time, but I'd say i'm in the 20% range.
My goal with this cycle (and pct) is to get down in to the 15% range, that may be a bit too optimistic, but I think its doable with the plan that I have. Its also important to note that I've already begun losing fat prior to this cycle, and I will continue to do so, so I may be in the 18-19% range by the time I even start, as i am down to 251 this morning.
I've never been below 15% in my life, and at that point I was 215lbs, and I seemed really skinny so my goal is to just get back to that. I am never going to compete, I just want to look good an be strong as hell.
