you can get some bloating if you do 10g a day...there's no need for it. just take 5 g any time of day...on workout days i took mine after workout...and on off days...i just took it when i got home from work.

grape juice works....or you can buy high gi carbs from www.trueprotein.com , or www.bulknutrition.com or www.nutraplanet.com

go buy a set of plastic measuring spoons for a dollar from a grocery store...they come in handy
