Are you trying to add mass or lose weight? You'll have to stick to one or the other, unfortunately you can't do both at the same time. Read the stickied threads in the training and nutrition forums and you'll be well on your way to whichever goal you have right now. Also, if you're cutting fat, stay away from the creatine.
