Well, like I say, I've been following (well, cheating quite a bit, but when I AM following it closely) this 40-30-30 diet, which gives me about 2200 calories a day..

Like I say, I've been sabotaging myself, it looks like..

I've taken my body fat percentage down a bit, but haven't added much muscle mass..
