I went ahead and ran 3 miles again with my workout..

Post workout shake, 1.5 bananas, 70g of whey protein, 1 cup of milk, tbsp of dark brown sugar (still have to get that dextrose and maltodextrine).

I'm just going to have to say no to the weekly pancakes, it looks like..
