I buy cheap eggs and take a fiber supplement.
Soluble fiber will bind to a type of bile produced by your body. This bile is a necessary part of cholesterol production. So if you increase your intake of fiber, soluble fiber will attach to the bile & it will be excreted before it can be made into cholesterol. That will lower your cholesterol levels. Fiber will also help with digestion. It lowers your risk of colon cancer, etc. That's why Cheerios lowers cholesterol BTW. I'm a fan of it...the stuff is cheap & it works. That's my advice.
I believe Andrew is on point.
