DE Squat Day

Speed was kinda average today at about 45%, the hips were still a bit touchy from that squat on Monday.Not sore but fatigued I guess.Still felt a bit sluggish in the gym but did my 10 sets .Moved to Pullthroughs next, 4 sets these were great and got my body going, I wish I did 1 set of these as part of my warmup!!Finished with abs.

DE Squat Day 5/9/08
Box Squat @ 45% 10x2 60kg
Pullthrus 4x10 (varied stances) 110kg
Abs Pulldowns 4x12 70kg
