well guys im gunna be honest with u...im jacked and i take protien shakes after i work out and my multivitamin in the night so i have a multi supply of vitamins all night long when im shackin up with a local hotty. as far as how much protien u can take in at one time ive heard 50 grams is the limit but then again i think it varies from person to person basically like everything else (was this even what the debate was about) ive taken in way over 50 grams of protien at one time though and one of my protien shakes (on's whey) has like 23 grams of protien and with milk well its 31 grams.
