ok so im not the only one cardio does that too. ill do cardio and go from reppin 315 to barley benchin 225 so it makes me hate cardio. they say low to moderate intensity is better for fat burning but I have a hard time keepin it slow. im not gonna do any dnp guys thanks for all the insight though.
