ME Squat Day

I did low box squats with a medium stance today.I also used a high bar position with the puss pad on my neck.FUCK this was hard,I love it! I worked up to 130kg on the bar and it was a grinder.I did some GMs next for a couple sets and then some extensions supersetted with reverse crunches.Toast after this workout.

ME Squat Day 8/9/08
Highbar Pusspad Box Squat (well below Paralell) 1x1 130kg 2x1 120kg 1x1 125kg
GMs 2x5 77.5kg
Extensions 3x15 10kg
Reverse Crunches 3x10 7.5kg
